They are made by a company called dental distortions. They have a number of styles to choose from. I think I got them from this link:

Hmm, I tried the link and it shows the product on mostly deads site. The upper and lower are available but the upper only is out of stock. This particular style can be hard to find.

This photo is great! The make up... the fiery eyes... that looks so perfect with your armor!
Oh, and I saw your wings - wonderful as always
