WIP female dragon armor - Here the pieces have been cut, tooled and molded. They have been placed in the manner in which they will be sewn. Hopefully this will give you an idea of how it will look. One of the bottom lames is actually out of place.

Lol, gotta love the Ibuprophen in the back corner there!! That stuff is a miracle worker I tell ya! Couldn't get through a hard stressful day full of headaches without it!!!!

The armor looks sweet!!!! But it looks even better when finished though!!

LOL. Thank you. She just loves her dragon armor and particularly the corset. All the detail tooling makes Ibuprofen a necessity.

Thanks for adding this shot...so often people leave out the "how it's made" shots when showing off finished pieces...makes you appreciate the final result more

Thats the idea. It may take me a while to complete her set but once I'm done we'll get some pro photos. Also, we plan to attend Dragon con as the Dragon couple. lol

Cool! It's really interesting seeing the stages in the process, it gives me ideas for alternate methods which I like. I'm also intrigued by the nicely contrasting patterns you've used, this is going to be really cool when it's finished.
